The purpose of the Atlantic Wireless Store Experience is to inform, illuminate and inspire. We are proud to tell you that Atlantic Wireless is a Christian company (of course He does own it all anyway) and is operated on Christian principles.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.” (Colossians 3:23) Christianity is the spiritual foundation upon which we established Atlantic Wireless.

Therefore, We will impact people’s lives for Christ. we are accomplishing this by being intentional with the ministry in our company. Our Leadership Team is driven by a unique, servant leadership style, that all of our leaders use every day. This is based on Matthew 7:12 “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you,…”. We, therefore, believe in “coaching” our associates. Our leader’s focus is to coach, counsel, and develop their direct reports. We do not manage with fear. This style has enabled us to fuel an incredible culture that people love. That’s right they actually LOVE coming to work…can you imagine?

We offer Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University for our associates. To take caring for our associates to the next level we created our Care Committee. This is a committee with access to over $10,000 that will pay for associate emergencies. Our associates can even contribute to the program and Atlantic Wireless matches the funds. and We provide a corporate chaplain for every associate through Marketplace Ministries. We also provide access to rigtnowmedia.com for free. This is where associates get access to over 20,000 Christian videos related to leadership training, marriage, financial planning, and many other topics.
